Hello, I really find walnuts to be very bitter. Can I just add more almonds or is there another nut I can substitute?

Hey Helena! Sure can you replace walnuts with more almonds. But perhaps try pecans for example. They taste great IMO and provide a lot of fats.

I don’t understand why low fat Greek yogurt is used. What’s the reason for that?

This is one of our high protein recipes so there is less need for added fat. If you prefer full fat Greek yogurt you can use that instead.

I made this for the first time in Monday and loved it so much that I’ve had it every day for breakfast. I thought the cottage cheese would make it weird but it’s delicious.

Really liked this recipe ( used the edamame instead of nuts as nuts make me gain weight ) . However this recipe wiped ketones from 2.4 to 0.9 and raised glucose from 5.1 to 7 !!
I seem to be super sensitive to any carbs other than the most basic ones . Frustrating !
