How to Make Payments on Warp Portal.

Since a lot of people have been asking questions about how to buy Kafra Points/Subscriptions on the new Warp Portal system, I thought I'd try to hammer out the details of these options you see.

Power Up
Power Up, is the term used in Warp Portal to buy WP Energy. WP Energy is the currency of Warp Portal. This can be used to buy Subscription time as well as Kafra points.

How to buy WP Energy
1. From the Warp Portal home page, select the "Power Up" option. It should take you to the page discussing WP Energy payment options ( 1 cent = 1 WP Point). From here select the amount of Warp Energy Points that you want to buy.

References for Subscription Time:
30 hr = 800 Points.
1 month = 1000 Points.
3 months = 2700 Points.
6 months = 4800 Points.

2. After buying the points you want, it is now time to waste them! From the Power Up page that you just bought the points on you can select the account from the left corner that you want to pay for or add Kafra Points to by selecting the + beside the name.

Note: The number that is seen beside the account name shows how many Kafra Points you have tied to that account.

3. After selecting the account you are now brought to this page (which can also be got to from the Account Management > Game Accounts > Power Up options):

This is where you can buy subscription time/transfer WP to Kafra Points. At the top of this page should be a general summary of your account as well (Account Name, Game, Points Balance [aka Kafra Points], Subscription Times, Transaction History).

Buying Kafra Points:
The Transfer button is for Kafra Points.
From this page, put in the amount of WP you want to transfer to Kafra Points in the box "Amount of Energy to Transfer," then hit the transfer button (1 WP = 1 Kafra Point). This should immediately change it to Kafra Points. Which should be registered at the top of the page summary by Points Balance, and on the side of the page by the account name.
Note: This can also be done by selecting the "Transfer WP Energy" at the top of the page, where the summary of the selected account is.

Buying Subscription Time:

From the same page, select the subscription option you want and select Place Order.

I hope this helps! if you need any more images, or anything else explained, please post! Also, yes the WP to Kafra Points for bulk does not provide bonus bulk points at this time.

Also worth noting that on your first picture, the number beside the '+' sign represents how many Kafra Points the account has. Some people mistake it for how many WP points that the account has, and try to use it to buy subscriptions with.

Really, the only downside of this new system is we lost the bulk KP discount we used to enjoy. Aside from that, this is WAY mroe flexible since we can now buy KP point-by-point instead of being forced to buy them in the preset amounts.

Agreed. I like it, I just hate seeing so many..."suffer" from the complexity it seems to promote compared to just click and buy.

Here's my guide since it's too "complex" for my brain.

1. Wait until they lower the prices for bulk purchases
2. Quit RO again if they don't.
3. Complain on forums.

Sorry if my statement seemed offensive. I just meant they made it harder then what it seemed, with all the multiple options (and not much explanation on the site). But yeah, I can't say I agree with the whole Kafra Point pricing at the moment. Hopefully they change it.

WELL I NEED HELP FOR MAKE THIS PAY IS CONFUSED FOR PPL WHAT ARENOT OF USA.... HOW I LOG IN MY ACCOUNT IN WARP PORTAL??

They offer payment options for people outside of the USA, but I can't really offer much support on that end.

To log in Warp Portal, you first have to make an account, and then add your existing game account(s) to it.

I hate the IDEA I still can't get my kafra points .How many times do i have to buy WP Energy? I bought 3 times WP Energy Points I still cant get to the page that show.

I dont have that left corner that show me to pay or add kafra Points.

Click on Power Up to get to the payment page. On the left column, there should be a list of your game accounts. Click on the + on the RO game account you want to apply payments to.

Click on "Transfer" to convert WP Energy into Kafra Credit Points.

Scroll down to select a subscription plan and click "Place Order" to pay for subscriptions.

Its been a week and no one on WarpPortal seems to want to "approve" my credit card. I've played RO for 4 or 5 years without a problem. First time ever I try this warpportal crap and its a total disaster. Way to go gravity.

They won't notify you if your payment's been approved.

Something to note, because its a bit confusion right now, but when you go through the process it may look as if we put a hold on the payment, in fact we do not even process the payment request. So you will have to go back through the payment pages once you have been cleared through the system for Credit Card / PayPal.

Just try paying again and it should go through if your credit card hasn't been denied.

And they won't process the charge again or what? Suffering the same problem as the other guy you're replying to and I really don't want to risk paying double for what I originally want just because they think I'm a psychic and can access their minds and say, "Oh hey, they approve my card and now I can get my points" when in reality, they just took my money for the first payment and did nothing for it.

They won't process the very first payment, that's for verification only. Once you've been approved, the second payment onward will process.

My account is registered. I tried to make payments by paypal and credit card, but I'm still getting some card verification message. Something about this site just seems wrong.. I can get my credit verified by an ATM with DIALUP faster.

Gravity can't afford a verification system like other websites so verification has to be done manually. Because they have a large volume of verification requests to go through, they are unable to send approval notifications.

After you made your very first payment and saw the warning, did you wait at least 2 hours and then try to make a payment again with the same information?

I'm posting here because this seems to be an active thread with good responses so I have a question (I have a thread about the same question but no one has replied)

I registered and now have a Warp Portal account and I wanted to bind or add or whatever its called to connect your old account into the Warp Portal thing so I could continue playing RO after having a 3 month break. The problem is whenever I put in my password for my old account in the add an existing account area it always says its incorrect and I have been trying for about an hour. Does this mean there is something wrong with my existing account? Or is this a problem with Warpportal?

Also I did check the faq and the earlier errors with the system which did say passwords that were correctly inputted were seen as incorrect. The faq didn't help and that thread with the fixed errors was a while back and so I would assume that password error would have been resolved. I am really confused and have no idea what to do. I've never thought about quitting RO but this problem, this extra verification for payments I've been seeing in posts, and the lack of bonus kafra points make me an unhappy camper

Hopefully someone knows what the problem is with this but any help at all would be appreciated thanks.

hello guys..need help..
i new in iRO so dont know about warp portal account
i just make new account in RO...
i buy 1000 for 30days online
but the problems is i cant login "failed connecting server"
