The Toby Center’s Mission: To maximize child outcomes by strengthening parent and child relationships when parents separate. Join Thousands of Others! The Toby Center is a nonprofit organization whose client parents just haven’t enough money to see their children for appropriate visitation services. Tragically, the State of Florida does not prioritize these children and makes no money available to help these families.
