Made this bread today. I must say that I have been testing bread recipes for years. I wanted to find a French Bread recipe to make my famous hoagie sandwiches for an upcoming hunting trip that my guys are planning. I pleased with the outcome of this recipe. It turned out perfect. I only needed 6 cups until it came away from my mixer sides, so I omitted the last 1/2 cup. I am saving this one. I also used stoneware and parchment paper together. I applaud the author of this recipe! Well done!
