Car originally purchased out of state. Took it to Kia for warranty work. Car returned with damage caused by the shop’s incompetence. No one will return calls. When calling, I get transferred to voicemails that do not identify the message recipient so the dealership claims they never received the call or blame the company responsible for their phone system. Returned car for repair only to receive car back with additional damages the dealership is now unwilling to repair in total because of the “extra work” done to make up for the original damage caused by their shop. Absolute horrible customer service!

Amber and the service team were amazingly kind, understanding, fast, and thorough. After driving over 5 hours to Pensacola for the weekend, my engine light came on. I was lucky that I was near Kia Autosport and they were able to rush out service and replace the knock sensor. Even better, the service was under warranty so I didn't spend a thing. Big thanks for helping us out while we were miles from home.

Terrible to deal with!

Terrible to deal with!!! Sold car from underneath me. I was driving 4 hours to go there. Then the manager says they are busy and someone else came back and bought the car. I even put in a credit app and offered to give a deposit. Go to a different dealer if you want good customer service!!!

I've had interactions with both sales and service here and I find them to be straightforward and honest. Sales and service were both clear on what was expected, what I was getting, and what is considered usual service and terms of agreement.The amenities are not huge for waiting at this location, but that might be the only downside.

Horrible business acumen.

Horrible business acumen. They are a little too comfortable with "harmless white lies". They are advertising a used car online that is exactly what I am looking for - if the description was correct. I spoke with one of their personnel and requested photos of the vehicle - there were none in the ad. After not hearing anything for a day, I contacted the dealership again, and once again requested photos. It seemed shady to me that someone couldn't walk to the car and take a pictures. Here I was, money in hand, ready to buy a car, and they couldn't send pictures?? This isn't 1991, they have a camera in their pocket. I finally received a reply saying the car sold. Okay. I get it it happens. I have continued to search for the car I want, and last night during a search, I saw where the car is STILL for sale. More lies. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else to buy.

My Kia Sportage has been to the service center Four times for the same problem. Over $1700 paid out. They can’t seem to return phone calls and the problem is still there they just put a band-aid on it. Not a good rating. I love my Kia just don’t trust the service center
