@BillGillilandJr @ATT Yup. When everything shut down, between my wife WFH and the kiddos doing virtual learning, xfinity couldn’t keep up. Fiber became available about a month later, we got it, and we have no problem with speeds or wifi dropping out anymore.

SECONDS after I speak to an @Xfinity customer service rep and reset cable/internet to functionality, it goes out COMPLETELY and won’t be back til at least Wednesday. 🙃

@comcastcares having really inconsistent internet speeds. I've been trying to stream but no luck. Last three speed tests are crazy all over the place. 1down 2 up, 200 down 20 up, 15 down, 20 up...etc. please advise. Thanks

@CubsTigersGrizz @Uverse @Xfinity Xfinity is definitely the superior provider. All of their customer service workers suck but I had issues with U-Verse the entire time I had it. There was always something wrong

@hexbrand Worst customer service outside of @comcast. Placed an order on November 3, and after many contacts with customer service, today (12/2/21) I find out that the item I ordered won't be shipped until 12/15 which will delay it beyond Xmas to the destination. Fix this.
