@hexbrand Worst customer service outside of @comcast. Placed an order on November 3, and after many contacts with customer service, today (12/2/21) I find out that the item I ordered won't be shipped until 12/15 which will delay it beyond Xmas to the destination. Fix this.

@VVission123 I probably shouldnāt mention this out loud but I hopped the fence at Great Woods stadium (now xfinity center) to see them when I was 15 or so. Stupid thing to do and they have since improved their security but oh my it was a great show!!

@XfinitySupport You are literally being just as unhelpful as the customer service representative I spoke with and the @xfinitymobile website. I am trying to change my plan so I donāt have to pay over $100 in overage fees again and yāall are making it IMPOSSIBLE to do it. @Xfinity

@Dahreeka @zaybecray Unfortunately, thatās the issue with with most ISPs. Xfinity runs a monoply in most places since they buy up smaller ISPs. On the bright side, your internet price is regulated.

@NerdistExtreme Comcast took 3 months to come out only to find 90VAC on my coax line and when the tech ran a new cable and stripped it to put the new COAX end on sparks flew from the cable.For 3 months I was told everything was fine every when my constant network tests said otherwise

@XfinitySupport Iād appreciate if you would. Unfortunately this extremely inconvenient and unacceptable scenario has happened whenever Iāve had to contact @Xfinity regarding either my cable, internet, or @xfinitymobile service, so the feedback will probably just fall on deaf ears as usual.

@dudenamednate Guessing that Westfield is pretty busy with existing opportunities and didn't want to pay Russell to fix up their network. Russell probably would have been better off just trying to give it to Westfield, or even pay them a bit to take it than let Comcast get it.

I wouldnāt expect to āfollowā a service provider as a āleader.ā I can envision a āleading provider of religious servicesā but I wouldnāt be inclined to āfollowā the leader of that org any more than, say, the regional manager of Comcast who provides my internet service.

@SnakeBiteFPS Nah its a comcast issue in NJ, my ping has shot up from 10-15 to 100 on ethernet and nothing they will do. My fiancƩes parents have half of their download speed with high ping. Ever since their outage its been ******
